What if my delivery doesn’t turn up and I have paid?

If there is an issue with a delivery not being received, through the app or web, you can contact the merchant directly via chat or phone to send a replacement or ensure the item is fulfilled correctly. If you are unable to resolve the issue, then our support team will be able to assist you. You will see their phone number in the order.
